Ansh Garewal (Age 7)
The sun bathed the Garewal mansion in a warm glow as seven-year-old Ansh returned home from school and rushed into the backyard to play with his sister. His toys were scattered haphazardly on the lush green grass, a colourful collage of childhood chaos. Ansh, however, was not amused. He eyed the scattered toys with a furrowed brow, a look of mild distress crossing his young face.
“Pari!” Ansh called out to his sister four years older, who was reading a storybook under the shade of a large oak tree. Pari looked up, her eyes crinkling with affection at the sight of her little brother.
“What's up, Ansh?” she asked, closing her book and walking over.
“Why are these toys all over the place? It's so messy!” Ansh exclaimed, his hands flailing in dismay.
